Services Offered
Highway Truck Driving School provides truck licence training in Sydney, NSW, for various licence classes including HR Heavy Rigid Truck Licence, HC Heavy Combination Truck Licence, MC Multi-Combination Truck Licence, and LR Licence. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.
Payment
All payments for our services must be made in advance. We accept payment through our website or in person. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any training. A Surcharge of 1.5% on all verified credit or debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the session and no refund will be provided. If in the event of an emergency during a training session a or if the customer decides to terminate the training session the minimum charge applicable is 4 Hours at a rate of $200 per hour.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for completed or partially completed training sessions. If you cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice, we will reschedule the session to a mutually agreed time.
Liability
Highway Truck Driving School is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the issuance of a licence or any other certification.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Highway Truck Driving School and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to Terms
Highway Truck Driving School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
